An event every week that begins at 4:15 pm on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely

A combination of treadmill speed and incline training, bodyweight and moderate free weight exercises, as well as core work. You will strengthen your total body with weighted and bodyweight exercises. The treadmill will challenge your endurance and burn calories. You don’t need to be a runner to join this class. All fitness levels are welcome.
